7. Service and Maintenance

1. EkLevelUp reserves the right to host your newly created design on our servers for development and testing purposes.
2. Maintenance services can be obtained by hiring our maintenance services, with support provided for 15 days after project delivery.

8. Termination

1. This agreement comes into effect when a client contacts us and is automatically terminated upon project completion. Either party can terminate this agreement through mutual discussion.
2. The agreement remains valid if any remaining payments are due to EkLevelUp.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. EkLevelUp makes no representations or warranties in relation to the Website or the information and materials provided on the Website.
